Our Returns & Exchange Policy

At Crema & Bloom, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your chosen pieces. We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the pristine condition you received it – unused, and in its original, sealed packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Should your return be accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will regrettably not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Kindly inspect your order upon its arrival. If you find an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@cremaandbloom.shop so we can swiftly assess the situation and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature and specific use of certain items, some cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for used teaware or brewing equipment that has been unsealed from its original packaging, or any item that shows signs of use inconsistent with its original, pristine condition. This also applies to custom orders or personalized items. Should you have any questions or concerns about the return eligibility of a specific piece, please reach out to us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the original piece. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped within the European Union, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As outlined above, the item must remain in the same pristine, unused condition, in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
