Global Reach
We proudly extend our shipping services to over 200 countries, helping bring artisanal elegance to homes and sacred spaces around the world. To ensure the most efficient delivery, your order will be dispatched from the nearest fulfillment center with available inventory.
Please note: While we endeavor to ship globally, there are a few remote locations we are currently unable to serve. If your address falls within one of these regions, our concierge team will contact you directly to discuss alternative solutions.
Address Accuracy
To ensure your treasured order reaches you without delay, please take a moment to verify that your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your purchase. Crema & Bloom cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In the rare event that an error is made on our part, we will dispatch a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
Customs & Duties
We manage all customs and import duties on our end. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no hidden fees, ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery process for your peace of mind.

For new collection launches or highly anticipated pieces available for pre-order, please anticipate a shipping timeframe of approximately 1 to 2 months. This extended lead time is a testament to our commitment to artisanal quality and meticulous craftsmanship. It allows for the careful sourcing of unique materials and ensures that each piece undergoes our multi-stage quality assurance protocol. This meticulous process guarantees your item meets the exquisite standards you expect from Crema & Bloom. The standard delivery estimates below will apply after your pre-order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours. The delivery timelines below are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.

- Germany, Netherlands, Belgium: 5-12 Business Days

Maximum delivery time is 15 business days for most major regions, though external factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, may occasionally cause delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that for some shipping carriers, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in their system.
If your order was dispatched more than five business days ago and tracking information is not yet available, please contact our concierge team for assistance.
Multiple Shipments
For efficiency and environmental consideration, we aim to ship all items in a single package. However, if your order contains multiple products being fulfilled from different warehouses, it may arrive in separate shipments to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You will be provided with tracking information for each individual package.
